My check-in was very smooth, and the staff were friendly! The location is really great. I found it easy to get around. My room was clean, and the breakfast options, including croissants and fresh pancakes, were yummy. It's nice they offer electric scooters for rent!
The elevator was quite small. It barely fit my luggage.

The hotel is situated near several metro stations. I found transportation very convenient. There are a lot of cafes on the main street. It's easy to get a coffee or pastry. The area felt quite safe. I enjoyed walking around.

charming stay near luxembourg gardens
transportation advice thoughtful gesture neat bedmaking sufficient variety
the staff provided transportation advice for us it was helpful. they even placed a flower from our room in a vase without being asked it was charming. the bedmaking was well done each day it was a nice touch. the breakfast had enough variety to keep me happy i liked the cheese.
the elevator was tiny two people with carry-on luggage barely fit it was tight. the shower door seemed a little difficult to close completely i noticed it.

the hotel is near st germain latin quarter and montparnasse it was perfect. luxembourg gardens are a short walk away i enjoyed the proximity. there is metro access about 200 meters away it is convenient.

the room had air conditioning that worked well it was comfortable. the room was quiet despite facing the street i slept well. the hotel provides toiletries in the bathroom i used them.

the staff was bilingual they spoke english. a receptionist from morocco was helpful he was also eloquent. the staff was very friendly they were always there.

the breakfast included cheeses yoghurts cereals pastries and croissants it had options. they also had hot breakfast items like scrambled egg and bacon it was nice. almost all the food was homemade i appreciated it.

french door smart tv bathroom window shower door street noise police sirens
i was excited to find a room with a french door. i used it to open it in the morning and have my coffee. the room also had a smart tv.. i thought that was great! the bathroom even had a window.
the shower door definitely needs fixing. it got stuck when i tried to close it. also, the street noise was a little disruptive at times. i could hear police and ambulance sirens in the early morning..

helpful staff perfect location broken air conditioning no compensation
the staff were nice and helpful. the hotel location is perfectly placed between the metro and tube lines. several grocery stores are also along the street. i will definitely stay on every trip.
the air conditioning system was not working. we were lied to about the air conditioning status. we were offered no compensation for half of our stay without air conditioning.
